Moments that I cherished most...

Being with my students, talking, having games, lecturing, taking trips, sharing secrets and hardship in life, and the very best thing and I think all of them would agree is eating with them hehe...

My Achievements...

Being an instructor for two consecutive years for me I think is self fulfilling. I think It's better if my student will be the one who will comment on the things that I have accomplished...What ever it is, being able to affect their college life, being remember as an effective teacher, and seeing them graduate with pride is enough for me. To all my student's I just hope that you will not forget my advise, my teachings and you will not forget me! Thank you for everything! For the memories, our laughter and all the sad moments and tears that we shared. May all of you have a memorable and wonderful journey in life!

My challenges...

It was my first experience being a full time instructor, it was different from my past experiences. Why? There are a lot of emotions involve, a lot of problems to solve, and sometimes I am in between two stones. I have experience being judge by my co faculty members as "sipsip" because I told Maám Valmonte the unethical things that they are doing "paglog-in ng hindi tama sa oras, 9:30 dumating, 8 ang ilalagay", "ang hindi pagtuturo sa klase" and a lot of stuff. I just hate it and I can't just stand there and do nothing. I'd rather choose having no friends than having unethical friend. Another challenges was loosing my voice every week, because I'm the type of a teacher who love to discuss her topic even lunch break. I also  get sick during Saturday and Sunday because of my hectic schedule, teaching 33 units in college 1 load in elem math, 1 load  in highschool Math, a student with 9 units in Education @ MRCST and a MAED-Math student every Saturday and a mother of two for the whole week. They even called me "ang babaeng walang pahinga"! You might be wondering how did I manage all that? I just love multi-tasking and I am a multi-task player ever since my elementary Days. I believe in the saying that If there's a will there's a way, If you have passion in your work you will not get tired. And I love my work as a teacher, I love reading and studying. Yes my health suffer and sometimes my class in my Masteral specifically Maám Claires Foundation of Education and Dr. Petero's Set Theory and Logic suffer at that time because of my absences due to sickness I received low grades and my dream of having a distinction award in my MA have perished! Anyway, aside from that I also encountered problems with my Grade VI students specially those who have difficulties in Math. In my college, being a friend, mother and adviser is very hard for me at that time but at least I surpass it. My students share their problems to me, cry to me, ask advise from me. These are just some of the challenges that  I have surpassed, and because of it I became strong and gain more wisdom.

My first step...

It was April of 2011 when my first step set foot to the main gate of Mystical Rose College of Science and Technology. I just came from Manila and the reason why I came at MRCST was to inquire for the courses that they are offering because I want to take my Masters Degree. But instead of MA course, Dr. Antonia B. Valmonte offered me a job and invited me to become one of their faculty members teaching Business Administration. I can still remember the words that she told me when I ask her, "Do you offer MA courses?'' Then she replied,"Would you like to be part of our faculty?" I did not answer her with a yes first since I am not yet sure if my family will stay there because we only went to Pangasinan as tourist since our house are not yet finished and our plan is to transfer next year. Since they did not offer MA courses and I don't want to waste my vacation doing nothing so I enroll units in education because part of my plan also is to take the LET for backup purposes. And to make the story short before the summer ends I accept her offer and became the BSBA adviser.
